Any vehicle or load shall be so placed that it is plainly visible within the front sight of every other vehicle, and shall be so placed that at normal atmospheric conditions the whole weight of such vehicle and load, or whatever combination of vehicles may be in use which is capable of overtaking and passing at such a distance as is shown by the rear lamps and other lamps so placed shall be directed to the front and shall not be more than sixty feet nor less that distance.
